1. Coaching sessions and Extra time
Normally coaching sessions may last up to 60 minutes. I don't coach with a stop watch, and normally I do not book clients back-to-back, so I don't have to end a coaching call until we are truly finished discussing what is important to you.
Normally I do not charge additional fees for regular 10-15 minutes extra-time, and not even for random extra half hours. However, I would discuss again with you (and with your Sponsor) the agreed fees if I notice that you regularly require long sessions lasting 1.5h or more.
2. Telephone coaching and Residential surcharge
My standard form of providing coaching sessions is by phone. Standard fees are applicable to standard coaching sessions.
Residential coaching sessions are subject to a surcharge for the extra time required and need to be endorsed by your Sponsor (if any).
3. Rescheduled, Cancelled and Missed Sessions
Once we agree a schedule for our coaching programme you are responsible for calling (or showing up) at the agreed time and date. If you need to reschedule a session, or if you need to cancel I ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice.
There will be no refund or credit for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled session. I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions that are cancelled in a timely manner.
If you have an emergency, please call me and we will work around it. If you miss, forget about, or blow off a session, I will not refund any money.
4. Billing, Late and Partial Payments and Refunds
To simplify administration I issue one bill for the whole agreed programme. An invoice is issued after signing the Coaching Programme Agreement. Payments are due as agreed in the Coaching Programme Agreement.
Late or partial payments are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made. If you or your Sponsor haven't made these arrangements and you or your Sponsor (as applicable) consistently pay late, I may refuse to provide you services and may even terminate the relationship.
If for any reason you decide to terminate the coaching relationship a time-based refund is applicable.
5. Termination
Either party may end the coaching relationship by providing the other party with a one week written notice, which may be transmitted by email or fax.
